Our Team
Dustin and Kimberly Cleveland
C Level and Co. was founded by necessity in 2016 in the aftermath of the Baton Rouge floods. Fair and competent contractors were stretched thin, so we (Dustin and Kimberly) began using our experience and relationships with quality tradesmen to provide trustworthy services for homeowners. Since then, our nearly 100% referral-based business continues to grow. Once the flooded homes’ work dried up, so to speak, we moved to Jackson, Louisiana—a town with a surprising number of homes on the historic registry. After restoring many buildings, including our current residence, we realized this mission is finite.
The ever-increasing demand for barndominiums and pole barns drove us to our current focus. By implementing the same customer experience that drove us to start this journey, our additional quality efficiencies, in-house abilities, and experience allow us to bring your dreams to reality.
Eli Konieczka
With a strong foundation in construction and a passion for building with purpose, Eli fit right in with C Level and Co. Working in the residential construction since 2005, and specializing in barndominiums, homestead construction, and metal buildings since 2017— Eli helps families turn open land into homes and functional spaces. He brings both hands-on experience and thoughtful planning to every project.
Married for 22 years and a proud dad of three, Eli understands how important it is to create spaces that work for real families. His honest approach, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right the first time make him a natural fit at C Level and Co.—where integrity and craftsmanship always come first.
